Self-Empowerment Tools and Perspectives - A Foundation For Freedom
We will start with the basics, creating a common perceptual and language foundation, then keep progressing to whatever level the group can get to. This will be an interactive workshop.
Everyone will participate in demonstration of some tools. These will be neo-shamanic type visualization journeys and you may be sharing a vulnerable side of yourself.
This will be a small, intimate group of 2 to 5 participants. You must be willing to agree to hold space and to confidentiality. Also, to giving me permission to speak with your non-physical Self while in the workshop.
